A: Most cell phones are repaired within 1-2 hours while tablet repairs can take up to 24 hours. Mail-In-Repairs can take 24-48 hours for the device to be repaired and mailed out.

Q: What is the quality of the accessories you sell?
A: CellTeks only sells the highest quality accessories. In fact, we are an Otterbox, LifeProof, Ballistic, UAG, Magpul, Pelican, Scosche, and Gadget Guard approved reseller. To resell these brands you must pass a strict application process.

Q: Can I supply the part and have CellTeks do the repair?
A: We can use your part but we cannot honor our standard 90-Day Warranty with the repair. Labor charges will be included using customer supplied parts.

Q: Do you sell phones?
A: Absolutely! We have been selling new, used and refurbished phones for over 20 years! We offer phones for the four major carriers (AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon) ranging from iPhones and Android phones to basic flip and texting phones. All phones sold by CellTeks are non-contract phones.

Q: Do I need to make an appointment to have my phone repaired?
A: No appointment is necessary. However, if you are on a tight schedule or traveling to us from a distance, we strongly suggest setting an appointment. Calling ahead for an accurate wait time is recommended.
