Approximately one year ago we became frustrated enough with the poor cell phone signal inside our new state of the art Emergency Services and education facility that we began to seek out potential solutions. Our search led us to CellTeks. Prior to finding CellTeks, we did not have any cell phone service in the back of our building. Our Chief had difficulty reaching our crews and our Education Department had trouble hosting our medical professional guests. Visiting medical Doctors did not have service in the classrooms which created many problems as many of them were still on call. We got in touch with CellTeks and the signal booster department and explained the situation we were faced with. Our guests, students, and staff had to stand outside in order to place or receive phone calls. Our mission is to provide immediate response, with the highest trained emergency medical professionals, utilizing state of the art technology. Without cell service we were jeopardizing our mission of both immediate response and state of the art technology. CellTeks provided that solution. An appointment was set for the CellTeks Team to come to Bulverde-Spring Branch, TX to demonstrate how much the signal booster systems would improve cell reception. The difference was undeniable increasing the bars from one or none to maximum strength in several areas. Our concerns as Emergency Services were alleviated. There have been no problems whatsoever with the system since being installed and we are quite pleased. CellTeks is highly recommended for anyone tired of poor indoor cell phone reception.
