As the General Manager of the newly constructed Embassy Suites San Antonio Riverwalk-Downtown I supervise a large staff and a multitude of daily operations. With the official open date of November 2010 drawing closer it became apparent that there was little or no cellular phone signal on either of the two sub-street levels. The lack of communication ability in the parking garage and maintenance facilities on these floors interfered with business operations.
